Refund Policy:
Our refund policy spans a period of 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging, inclusive of hang tags and labels. Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
To facilitate your return or exchange, we kindly request a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items Exchange Policy:
If you have received a damaged or defective item, we are committed to facilitating an exchange upon presentation of evidence of the damage or defect.
Please be aware that the exchange request will undergo a brief investigation with our production department to ascertain whether the item has a manufacturing defect and has not been tampered with. The following policies apply to all exchanges:
- Condition of Items: Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Please avoid applying fragrance or any oily substances that may alter the new condition of the product.
- Adulteration Policy: If products are found to be adulterated in any way, we regret that a return cannot be processed. The item will be sent back, and the return won't be initiated.
Additional Return Policy Details:
OUTFITTERS USA reserves the right to deny items that do not meet the specified requirements outlined in the return policy.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned for a refund unless they are deemed faulty.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Return Timeframe: Purchases must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving the order. Goods received after this point will be accepted at our discretion or will be returned back to the customer.
- Item Try-On: Care should be taken while trying the items. Items returned should be in a new and unused condition with all OUTFITTERS USA tags attached.
Shipping Costs Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with:
• Refunds
• Size swaps
• Item swaps
However, in the case of a defective or damaged item, we will gladly cover the shipping costs for an accredited exchange.
Refunds (if applicable):
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will promptly send you an email to confirm receipt. This email will also indicate the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, the process will continue, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific timeframe. Please note that the exact duration for the credit to reflect may vary.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received your refund as expected, we recommend the following steps:

OutfittersUSA.com cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. Customers are kindly urged to double-check and ensure the accuracy of their provided shipping details. Return for Exchange Instructions:
To return an item for an exchange, kindly send it to the address below along with a copy of the original invoice and an optional explanation of why the item is being returned for exchange.

Please ensure you retain the receipt or tracking number for your return package. Additionally, notifying outfittersusa.com that your return package is on its way and providing a photo of the receipt or the tracking number can assist us in better serving you and expediting the exchange process.
Return Processing and Notifications:
Once we receive your return package, please allow 7-10 days for processing. You will receive an email notification confirming the receipt of the returned item and its full inspection.
A subsequent email notification will be sent to inform you whether an exchange or refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued according to the payment method selected for the original order.
Refused/Returned Merchandise Policy:
For a requested refund of a refused package by the customer, OUTFITTERS USA will deduct the shipping cost of the initial shipment plus the return freight fee charged by UPS/any other carrier from the refunded amount.
This policy also applies to free delivery. As OUTFITTERS USA covers the bill for the delivery fee, the same amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refund Receiving Policy:
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• OUTFITTERS USA does not refund orders that are 14 days beyond receipt.
• Please be aware that refunds may take up to 10-15 banking days to appear on your account after processing, owing to bank-to-bank procedures and approval.
• Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations.
• All returned garments must be new, unused, and have all OUTFITTERS USA tags attached within 14 days for a full refund.
